I had this crazy idea to plan a shoot for a big project that I’m working on, along with checking off one of my bucket list travel locations at the same time. I had it narrowed down to Charleston, SC and Charlottesville, VA. Both beautiful, serene, and completely on point with the rustic charm that I love oh so much.
As I was brainstorming ideas & locations, I received an email from a sweet couple planning a wedding here in Ohio, but currently living in Charlottesville! It’s really amazing, sometimes, how everything falls into place for all the right reasons. This was such an incredible opportunity! So we planned a weekend full of shoots, fun, & a little bit of sightseeing, loaded up the car, and headed to Virginia.
Friends, Charlottesville definitely belongs on everyone’s bucket list. Not only is the downtown area extremely charming & accessible, the scenery is just breathtaking! I had the opportunity to explore Bellair Farm for Erin & Kevin’s engagement photos. So beautiful! I definitely want to go back ASAP! More fun C’ville photos to come! 🙂
