Whether you’re just starting your journey into wedding planning, or you’re already checking off all the boxes on your to-do list, you’re probably trying to find wedding professionals that are a good fit to help you with your day. I, myself, am a firm believer of supporting business owners & creatives that lead from the heart and with passion for what they do. So naturally, those are the principles that I’ve founded my wedding experience upon. Here’s my take on how I approach being a cleveland photographer with my wedding experience.
What I Do
The short answer and most obvious one would be “take photos”. But there is SO much more that goes into your wedding photography experience than that. Of course, you can imagine all of the behind-the-scenes stuff, like planning and photo editing. However, I know all of my fellow wedding professionals will agree when I say that we have to wear many hats on a wedding day! I truly care about your wedding and I want everything to be perfect for you, even if that means jumping in to help with all aspects of the day.
Communication & Planning
Building a rapport during the planning process and earning your trust goes a long way when it finally comes time to take your photos. Not only will your day be well-planned, but you’ll be familiar with the person behind the camera (hi!!).
My Philosophy & Approach
Your wedding day should be centered around the one thing that matters most: marrying your best friend. My goal is to make sure that you’re completely comfortable and prepared after this process. I understand that while photography is important, it’s not the main focus of your wedding day. I want to tell your wedding day story truly & authentically, while being as unobtrusive as I possibly can.
The Wedding Day
With all that in mind, this leads to my client’s wedding days typically being calm and stress-free! I like to create a grounded and laid-back atmosphere throughout the day, that doesn’t feel rushed or chaotic. The last thing you want for your wedding day is to rush through it. I hope you stop and savor every moment!
